Preparing for Passover

Kashrut.comWith Passover starting this evening at sundown, you may have questions about what is truly kosher and what isn't. This site is probably the most in-depth in terms of making consumers aware of mislabled products.
I've not much experience with kosher cooking, or Jewish holidays in general. The closest I've come is a great friend, Sue, who observes the holidays. I've always been intrigued how much food is a part of the Jewish religion, and have wanted to know more about it. So if you want to invite me to a holiday meal, I'd love to experience the whole thing. Until then, I'll keep reading kashrut.com to learn more about kosher foods.
